• From the HandHeld device you click on download or upload to quickly and easily push and pull data from QuickBooks or other compatible systems
• Create, Edit and Delete Purchase Orders on the HandHeld device
• Receive stock (Goods Receipt) via the handheld device automatically creating a bill in QuickBooks
• Optionally allow users to change cost price of receipted goods from the HandHeld device
• Optionally allow users to enter different cost prices for the same item ie if you get a deal from your supplier where you can buy 4 dozen bottles, with the 5th dozen free. MobileManager allows you to receipt 4 dozen items at the normal price with the 5th dozen at zero cost. MobileManager will automatically account for the items using weighted average accounting
• Easily perform Price Check on the shop floor with the added advantage of being able to optionally change sell prices from the HandHeld device
• Select barcodes to print new shelf labels from the handheld device
• Perform Stocktakes quickly, efficiently and accurately using the handheld device and powerful backend PC application. This function vastly improves the current stocktake screens supplied in QuickBooks.
